About the role:

As a Food & Beverage Team Member at our Pumpkin Patch, you’ll be right at the heart of the action - serving up hot drinks, tasty autumn treats, and helping create a warm, welcoming experience for our guests. From toasting marshmallows to pouring hot chocolates, you’ll play a key part in keeping the magic (and the queues!) moving.

You’ll be working across a variety of outdoor catering units, helping with prep work, taking orders, handling payments, and keeping service areas clean and well-stocked. It’s a fast-paced, fun, and friendly environment - perfect for someone who thrives on great customer service and isn’t afraid to get stuck in.

This is a seasonal role during our October Pumpkin Patch event, including weekends and half term dates. Shifts will vary and may include both daytime and evening hours.

You’ll bring energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to every shift - whether you’re serving drinks at the bar, preparing snacks, or keeping the team running smoothly behind the scenes. You should:

• Be flexible and adaptable, ready to jump into different tasks as needed

Previous experience in food and beverage, hospitality, or events is helpful but not essential - full training will be provided.

Dates:

This role will require you to work weekdays and weekends on the following dates:

• Live Dates: September 27th & 28th, October 3rd - 5th, 10th - 12th, 17th - 19th, 24th - 31st

Rate of Pay:

(Includes holiday pay)

• Age 21+ £13.68 per hour
• Age 18-20 £11.21 per hour
• Age 17-  £8.46 per hour
