About the role:

Step into a leading role at the Pumpkin Patch and help create a magical, interactive Halloween experience for families! As the Entertainment Team Leader, you'll take on one of our playful autumn characters - like the mischievous Naughty Scarecrow or the charming Lord or Lady Pumpkin - while also guiding and supporting the wider Entertainment Team.

This role involves managing rotas, scheduling shifts, and stepping in to cover any last-minute absences. You’ll ensure that the team is where they need to be, when they need to be there, and help everything run smoothly so that guests can fully enjoy the spooky fun. Whether you’re leading by example in character or handling logistics behind the scenes, you’ll be key to keeping the Pumpkin Patch experience magical and on track!

About you:

We’re looking for a natural leader with a passion for creating magical experiences and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You should have strong organisational skills, be able to adapt quickly to changes or unexpected situations, and motivate a team to perform at their best. You must be comfortable liaising with the park Operations Manager, good at delegating tasks, handling operational responsibilities, and maintaining a positive atmosphere, all while keeping the guest experience at the forefront of everything you do.

Dates:

This role will require you to work weekdays and weekends on the following dates:

• Rehearsals: September TBC
• Live Dates: September 27th & 28th, October 3rd - 5th, 10th - 12th, 17th - 19th, 24th - 31st

Rate of Pay:

(Includes holiday pay)

• Age 21+ £14.68 per hour
• Age 18-20 £12.21 per hour
