About the role:

As an F&B Supervisor at FEAR Scream Park, you’ll play a key role in leading the Food & Beverage team across our bars, snack outlets, and staff canteen. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of service, and supporting the team during busy evening shifts. From stock management and team coordination to problem-solving and guest service, you’ll help keep things running efficiently and ensure our guests have a great experience at every outlet.    

About you:

We’re looking for confident, reliable individuals with leadership experience in food and beverage or hospitality settings. You’ll be someone who leads by example, thrives under pressure, and keeps a cool head during busy shifts - all while maintaining high standards and a positive attitude. You should:

• Have experience supervising team in a fast-paced environment
• Be an excellent communicator and team motivator
• Show strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach
• Be organised, proactive, and focused on delivering great service
• Be flexible, adaptable, and ready to jump into whatever the shift demands

Previous experience in events, festivals, or high-volume service is a bonus. Food hygiene qualifications are helpful, but not essential is helpful but not essential - training can be provided.

Important:

Due to the nature of this role, applicants must be 18 or over and have full availability for the whole duration of the contract.

Dates:

This role will require you to work on the following dates. Full availability on live dates is essential:

• Training: TBC (select dates in September & October)
• Live Dates: October 10th, 11th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 24th, 25th, 26th, 29th, 30th, 31st, and November 1st

Rate of Pay:

• £13.50 per hour
