About the role:

The FEAR F&B (Food & Beverage) Team is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of all food and drink outlets across the event - including our main bars, hot food and drink stalls, and staff canteen. The ideal candidates will be confident multitaskers who can prioritise effectively, stay calm under pressure, and deliver excellent service in a fast-paced environment.    

About you:

We’re looking for friendly, hardworking individuals who thrive in busy, guest-facing environments. You’ll bring energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to every shift - whether you’re serving drinks at the bar, preparing snacks, or keeping the team running smoothly behind the scenes. You should:

• Be confident working in a fast-paced environment with large crowds
• Have great communication and teamwork skills
• Be organised, reliable, and able to multitask effectively
• Take pride in delivering great service with a smile
• Be flexible and adaptable, ready to jump into different tasks as needed

Previous experience in food and beverage, hospitality, or events is helpful but not essential - full training will be provided.

Important:

Due to the nature of this role, applicants must be 18 or over and have full availability for the whole duration of the contract.

Dates:

This role will require you to work on the following dates. Full availability on live dates is essential:

• Training: TBC (select dates in September & October)
• Live Dates: October 10th, 11th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 24th, 25th, 26th, 29th, 30th, 31st, and November 1st

Rate of Pay:

• Live nights: £12.50 per hour
