About the role:

Step into the world of Dinosaur Valley Live and help create a thrilling, interactive experience for guests of all ages! As an Entertainment Team Member, you’ll bring a range of characters to life - from dinosaur handlers guiding our prehistoric stars, to dinosaur research scientists revealing exciting new discoveries in the lab, to larger-than-life mascot dinosaurs.

Your role blends guest interaction and operational responsibilities, with a focus on keeping children excited and immersed in the world of dinosaurs. Whether you’re engaging with guests as a character, assisting with activities, or ensuring the smooth running of attractions, you'll play a key role in bringing the event to life and making it a memorable experience for all.

About you:

We’re looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and engaging individuals who are passionate about creating a fun and immersive experience for children and families. You’ll be comfortable interacting with guests of all ages, particularly young children, and will have a natural ability to bring joy and excitement to the experience. You should be:

• Adaptable and comfortable switching between different roles, whether you're guiding guests as a dinosaur handler, sharing fascinating facts as a research scientist, or entertaining as a mascot
• Friendly with excellent communication skills, able to build rapport with guests quickly and easily
• Physically active, as the role may involve walking, standing, or engaging in activities for extended periods
• Detail-orientated with an ability to follow specific character guidelines and maintain a consistent experience for guests

Dates:

This role will require you to work weekdays and weekends on the following dates:

• Rehearsals: May TBC
• Live Dates: May 24th - June 1st

Rate of Pay:

(Includes holiday pay)

• Age 21+ £13.68 per hour
• Age 18-20 £11.21 per hour
• Age 17-  £8.46 per hour
