About the role:

As the Entertainment Team Leader at Dinosaur Valley Live, you’ll oversee a dynamic team of entertainment staff, guiding them to deliver an engaging and immersive experience for our guests. You’ll take on the same exciting responsibilities as an Entertainment Team Member, such as interacting with guests as dinosaur handlers, researchers, and mascots, but also take charge of the team’s operations.

This role involves leading a team by managing rotas, scheduling shifts, and stepping in to cover any last-minute absences. You’ll ensure that shows and attractions open and run on time, and make sure the team is where they need to be, when they need to be there, keeping things running smoothly and efficiently.

About you:

We’re looking for a natural leader with a passion for creating magical experiences and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You should have strong organisational skills, be able to adapt quickly to changes or unexpected situations, and motivate a team to perform at their best. You must be comfortable liaising with the park Operations Manager, good at delegating tasks, handling operational responsibilities, and maintaining a positive atmosphere, all while keeping the guest experience at the forefront of everything you do.

This role will require you to work weekdays and weekends on the following dates:

Rate of Pay:

(Includes holiday pay)

• Age 21+ £14.68 per hour
• Age 18-20 £12.21 per hour
