We’re looking for a warm, charismatic performer to step into the iconic red suit as Santa Claus for our Christmas event. This is a highly interactive, guest-facing role where you’ll be responsible for creating truly memorable moments for children and families - whether it’s in one-on-one meet-and-greets, photo opportunities, or during our scripted festive stage show. You’ll need to embody the spirit of Santa with warmth, patience, and a twinkle in your eye - all while delivering consistent, high-quality performances throughout the day.

About the role:

As Santa Claus, you’ll appear in a scripted 20-minute stage show, performing alongside our entertainment cast multiple times a day. You’ll also take part in a busy meet-and-greet experience, welcoming children and chatting with families in character. The role requires confidence, stamina, and a commitment to creating a joyful, magical experience every time.

You’ll need to remain in character at all times when in costume and be comfortable engaging with children, posing for photos, handling surprises, and occasionally answering tricky Christmas questions! You’ll also attend rehearsals in the lead-up to the event and work closely with the entertainment and operations teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.

• Reliable, punctual, and professional - with the stamina to maintain energy and quality across a full day

Previous experience as Santa Claus, or in interactive performance/character work, is a strong advantage. You must be happy to wear a full costume (provided), including beard, padding if needed, and makeup.

Dates:

This role will require you to work weekdays and weekends on the following dates. You must have full availability.

• Rehearsals: November TBC  
• Live Dates: November 29th & 30th, December 5th - 7th, 12th - 14th, 19th - 24th, 28th - 31st

Rate of Pay:

• Negotiable based on experience
