About the role:

Join the magic this festive season! 

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, reliable, and festive individuals to join our team as Christmas Elves at our magical Christmas event!

As one of Santa’s trusted helpers, you’ll be in costume and in character throughout your shift, bringing joy to children and families through fun, friendly interactions - but there’s more to this role than just spreading cheer! You’ll also support the smooth running of our event with practical, behind-the-scenes operational tasks.

About you:

You'll need to bring plenty of festive cheer, a positive attitude, and the ability to stay in character throughout the day. This role is perfect for those who love working with people, especially children, and aren't afraid to get stuck into both performance and practical tasks. You'll be:

• A friendly, confident communicator who enjoys working with children
• Reliable team player who can stay positive and professional during busy periods
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, in costume, and staying in character for extended periods of time
• Confident completing basic operational tasks such as tidying, restocking, or assisting with activity areas

Experience in performaning, customer service, or working with children is a bonus — but not essential

Dates:

This role will require you to work weekdays and weekends on the following dates. You must have full availability.

• Rehearsals: November TBC  
• Live Dates: November 29th & 30th, December 5th - 7th, 12th - 14th, 19th - 24th, 28th - 31st

Rate of Pay:

(Includes holiday pay)

• Age 21+ £13.68 per hour
• Age 18-20 £11.21 per hour
• Age 17-  £8.46 per hour
